foik of the Oconcc and Aaplatchee rivers,
containing two handled and thirty acres at
land; which said deed of conveyance assign
ed by Sam'l Flen'kin to David Flenikin
a copy of which said deed of conveyance,
as near the original ai year petitioner can

together with an affidavit, flatirg, that the
said original dred of conveyance is loft, so
