Sale contained in a Security Deed given by
Lynn M. Paul to C& S Real Estate Services,
Inc., dated July 7,1989, recorded in Deed
Book 847, Page 611, Houston County,
Georgia Records, conveying the after
described property to secure a Note in the
original principal amountof FORTY EIGHT
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
EIGHTEEN & NO/100 DOLLARS
($48,318.00), with interest thereon as set
forth therein, there will be sold at public
outcry to the highest bidderfor cash before
the courthouse door of Houston County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in June, 1994, the following
