Proposals for the construction of Houston
County Road Project 93204 at the
Commissioner's Office, Houston County
Annex, 200 Cart Vinson Parkway in Warner
Robins, Georgia until 11:00 AIM, o’clock
legal prevailing time on Friday, June 3,
1994, at which time and place they will be
publicly opened and read aloud. No bid
may be withdrawn afterthe closing time for

The work to be done consists of
furnishing all materials and equipment and
performing all labor necessary to construct
Houston County Road Project 93204
according to plans by Story Sun/eying Co.
Story Surveying will provide control staking
only. All construction staking will be the
responsibility of the Bidder. The Bidder will
be responsible for all Testing of soils and
materials as requested by Houston County
Engineering Department. Construction
work will be in accordance with Georgia's

approved by the Engineer based on work
accomplished, products furnished and
products stored on the site. Such progress
payment requests shall be submitted by
the contractor no later than the 25th day of

and shall be paid by the Owner within thirty
(30)daysafter receipt of approved progress
payment request, less retainage and other
deductions provided in the Contract

payment provisions of the contract are
